Keeping Up With FSO Tara
It’s not easy, but I get it done.
Life is constantly changing. It’s been changing a lot for me lately and I just want to make sure I’m adapting and adjusting properly. What you do and how you adapt when things constantly change reveals how strong you are for what’s in store. Here’s what I’ve been up to:
I’m spending more time with self.
Self reflection has been my best friend lately. More and more time spent with self. It allows me to think more, move smarter, and produce better results on the things I’m working on. When you yourself are balanced and aligned, it makes it very hard for anything or anyone to knock you off your pivot. Spending time with yourself in a time where people have AI best friends in… PRICELESS. I am my own best friend. I have daily briefs with myself. I talk about my decision making, my feelings, why I am the way I am… I believe in self reflection so much that I will always push it for others.
I’m making more money.
With self reflection comes better decision making and a lot of my decisions lately have to do with money. I’m working more so more money. More money = more opportunities to win. I’ve been working more and more on FSO (more to come), my personal life, and many other things. With all of these decisions being made, the compounding results of all of these decisions is me seeing more money in my bank account at the end of the month after paying bills. Because I’m working on self, I don’t have much time to put money or effort into anything else other than myself.
I’m investing more of my money.
With my better decision making, more of my money is getting put into my investment account than ever before. I’m reaching ALL TIME HIGHS in my Fidelity app off a few simple moves. One being, only keeping 3months of expenses between my HYSA and my regular bank. I invest every single dollar over that and nothing less. If I have an emergency, I’ll sell some stocks and cash out. Until then, my investment portfolio is the most important thing smoking right now. I have mapped out a plan that I believe will keep me safe and sound 30 years from now.
I’m taking better care of my mind & body.
When you slow down, you heal. When you heal, you’re forced to recon with all of the things you’ve been ignoring over the years. Bad knees, bad back, mental issues… they all rear their ugly heads. For me, it was mental health. I’ve been spending A LOT of time in therapy. Reflection has been my best friend. I feel like I took the Limitless pill and all I can think about is “how can I make my next decision my best decision yet?”… life gets reeeeeal fun when it’s like this. I spend more time moving slowly, working out, stretching, and being a nutritionist for myself. What you put in is what you get out. And I’ve been slowly but surely changing my diet for the better.
I started with my breakfast. I drink the same breakfast shake every morning to keep myself on track and balanced daily. This is followed by my daily vitamins. I take breakfast on the go because trying to make breakfast every morning wasn’t working. Neither was skipping breakfast. I needed to get food in my stomach before sunrise and I needed to do it ASAP. This morning switch up alone has given me more energy throughout the day, better hair/skin/nails, and better skin. I also feel a lot more hydrated because I’m drinking more water and eating better. One good decision has cascaded into multiple great decisions.
When you reflect, you see better so you do better. Reflecting and analyzing yourself makes you look real hard and see the bigger picture of what you really are. I was someone that needed more structure, I needed to get more honed in on health and fitness, and I needed to get my life together. So I did exactly that.
I’m adapting with the times.
AI isn’t going anywhere. Don’t listen to anyone telling you that. Neither is technology. I have been head first into this tech space for about 7.5 years now. 6.5 years in the movie industry programming lights and being an onset electrician. Sitting at 1 year into my pivot where I now work directly behind the computer screen and less with my hands. I knew working with my hands (manual labor) was something I couldn’t do forever. I have moved into the world of working behind the computer. I sit in the AC and I learn more. I spend A LOT of time playing with AI. I’ve adapted with the time. My managers and CEO encourage my use of AI. Some think this is the way of training AI to do your job. For me it’s a way of learning faster, and becoming the irreplaceable person who runs the AI. I’m focusing on being the latter. I don’t focus on me losing. That’s a loser’s mentality. That’s against the FSO way.
FSO BUSINESS
FSO is all about GETTING BETTER. I share posts like this to inspire the next person to do the same. It may help them. It may not. But it will reach someone that it can help. As I share more and more on here, I will give you more to think on for your own life. At least that’s the goal. A new age is coming with FSO. Chuck and I have been working diligently behind the scenes to deliver a new interactive website that is up to date and with the times. I have also been working on a Black Friday 2026 drop for my paid list Stackers ONLY. Everyone else will get the scraps once my most dedicated Stackers get their merch shipped out. FSO will always be there for you when you need it. Posts will stay archived and I will continue to link the Substack to the main site once back online. Thank you for your patience and STACK ON.
