Confidence Is Key To Manifesting
And you know it. Trust in yourself.
I have a short but necessary message for you today…. K.I.S.S. (Keep it simple Stupid)
As I sit here and think about all that I have accomplished in my life, I can honestly say one thing: I love where I am today. The ups and the downs. The rewards and the hurdles. It all played a part in where I am today and where I’m heading tomorrow. I embrace it because I made it what it was with what I had.
Life is fully what you make of it. All of those cheesy sayings are true. “Seize the day”, “grab life by the horns” etc etc.. you know what I’m talking about. Life is very what you make of it day by day. The attitude you put forth into the universe is what the universe will give back to you. The energy you put out is what you will receive in return. You have to claim the things you want and go seize them.
You can’t go into a job interview scared like you already lost the job. You have to go into interviews like you’re talking to your new manager and team and they’re just getting to know you. Life is about what you claim, the good and the bad. So if you walk into interviews like a scared deer caught in headlights, don’t be surprised when they treat you like one. Act like you’re supposed to be there. In my opinion, being scared means you’re not confident in the skills you put on your resume. Don’t be that. Practice and study beforehand if you need to. One thing that helped me was studying like I was about to take a certification exam I was about to take. I already had the job description in hand. I had my resume in hand. I walked into that interview able to talk for hours on everything in the job post and my experiences on my resume. I didn’t lie. I just prepped myself on things I already knew about with better talking points and by using the STAR method (look this up if you’re not familiar, it’s almost mandatory for interviews).
Confidence is the key to manifesting.
You have to believe in yourself. You have to believe it when you say it out loud and tell others. That is one thing that I love about myself. I actually believe in myself, no matter how crazy the shot I’m shooting, or how far the target. My confidence plays a key role in my success. I truly believe in it, so when it comes time to manifest it, the universe already knows it’s mine and just preps it for delivery. You have to live your life like it already happened. Like “fake it til you make it”. If you want to be an engineer, you have to surround yourself with engineers, learn the basics, live your life like an engineer, and immerse yourself in the life of being an engineer. Until the day you can truly call yourself an engineer, you have to live your life like one.
BELIEVE IT. OWN IT. And it will come to you in time. Don’t believe me? Try it out yourself with your own goals.
